This notice explains what personal information JET MOTION collects through this website and what we do with it.
Who we are
JET MOTION is a trading name of La Jet Fete Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 08128269), 43 Berkeley Square, London W1J 5FJ. We are the data controller for information collected on this site. Contact us about privacy at enquiries@jetmotion.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect:
- your name, email address and organisation
- your message
- any file you choose to upload, such as a brief or policy document
We don't use analytics or advertising tools, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. If you become a client, we keep the information we need to deliver the work and meet our accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. It is handled by these service providers on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions and uploaded files. Netlify may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
- Our email provider delivers enquiry notifications to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to a project, we delete it and any uploaded files within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet UK tax requirements.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. When you dismiss the cookie notice, your browser stores a small setting (jm-cookie-ok) so the notice doesn't appear again. It isn't sent to us and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email enquiries@jetmotion.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
